Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities (KCCTO) has released the 2026 ECCE Workforce Professional Development Needs Assessment. This informative report includes details about educator preferences and challenges and barriers that educators must overcome. There were over 450 respondents with representation from 81 Kansas counties!
